Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Deliveries

For in-stock items, orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched on the same day. Please note that dispatch and delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, or other public holidays.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and a parcel will only be considered lost or missing if it has not arrived 48 hours after the expected delivery window.

If an item is not available from stock or has an alternative delivery schedule, this will be indicated in the product description. In such cases, any delays will be communicated in writing within one working day.

We strive to keep our delivery prices transparent and fair, ensuring no profit is made on shipping costs.


Returns

We offer a 14-day no-quibble money-back guarantee for all correctly shipped goods that are no longer required. Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage and packing costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned goods must be in a resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. Items not returned in original packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Custom-made or specially manufactured goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you receive the wrong item, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct item dispatched at no additional cost.


Warranty

All products are supplied with a 12-month return-to-base warranty unless otherwise stated in the product details. If a product is found to be faulty on receipt, you must notify us in writing within 14 days. We will arrange for the faulty item to be collected and a replacement sent to you.

After the initial 14-day period, the buyer is responsible for returning the item to an address specified by us. Once received, any defective items will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) and returned to the buyer free of charge, provided the warranty terms have been met.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, or Acts of God.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Full terms and conditions are available on request or included with your invoice.


Customer Expectations

We are committed to addressing your questions or concerns promptly and professionally. To help us resolve any issues efficiently, we ask that you provide any necessary information when requested.

While we expect our team to treat all customers with respect and courtesy, we also have a duty to protect our staff from abusive behavior. Any threats, abuse, or intimidation directed at our staff will result in the immediate termination of communication, and further correspondence will be required in writing.
