The Warrior LDG6500SV is a 6.25 kVA silent diesel generator built for the kind of jobs petrol struggles with — long runtimes, heavy starting loads, the occasional 14-hour day on site. Powered by a 474cc air-cooled direct-injection diesel engine running at 3000 RPM, it delivers 5500 maximum watts and 5000 running watts of stable power. The 16-litre tank stretches to well over 12 hours of run time at 50% load, making it equally at home as standby cover for the house or as primary power on a construction site.

Stable Voltage Under Load

A built-in Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) holds the output voltage steady as the load changes — particularly useful when starting motors, pumps or compressors that briefly draw heavy inrush current. The AVR responds in real time to stop the voltage sag that would otherwise upset other equipment running off the generator at the same time. Well suited to power tools, machinery, lighting, heating, refrigeration and standby use. For very sensitive electronics like medical equipment, precision lab gear or some computing setups, an inverter generator (such as the Champion Atom Fusion) is a better fit.

Quiet Operation Thanks to the Silent Canopy

Enclosed in a soundproof canopy with anti-vibration mountings, the LDG6500SV runs at a steady 68 dBA at 7 metres. Not quite silent, but as close as you'll get on a 6 kVA diesel — quieter than a typical conversation, and well within the limits that most sites allow for sustained running.

Standby-Ready with ATS Input

The generator ships with an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) input port, ready to pair with the optional Warrior ATS Panel. Set up correctly, the generator fires up automatically when the mains drops and shuts down again when power is restored — fully hands-off backup for the house, the workshop or anything critical.

Versatile Connections

One 240V 32A outlet and one 110V 32A outlet (BS4343 industrial sockets), plus the ATS input port. Wheels and a frame-mounted handle keep it portable despite the 168kg dry weight. Electric key start, automatic choke and low-oil shutoff are all standard.

Shipped Empty — Important

All generators are shipped empty. The unit will not contain any Fuel or Oil on arrival. You'll need to add diesel and engine oil before first use — full instructions are in the operator's manual. A break-in period of around 10 hours at no more than 75% load is recommended before applying heavier loads.
